Delivery charges

Our delivery charges, starting from just £3.50, for UK destinations are calculated from the following matrix:

To illustrate by example: if your total order value comes to £50.00 and the total order weight is 500 grams the delivery charge would be £3.50. Likewise, if your total order value is £150.00 and the weight is 5,000 grams (5Kg) the delivery charge would be £20.00.

Returns Policy

At Beauly Gallery and Gifts Ltd. we want our customers to have an enjoyable shopping experience. For this reason, we try and make the process of returning goods simple.

Cancelling an order

Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased on this website within 7 days of receiving our order confirmation email. If we have not yet dispatched the goods, we will cancel your order and make an immediate repayment. You can cancel an order by sending an email using the email address here... Alternatively, you can call us using the telephone number on the same page.

Returning an item

When cancelling your order, if you have already received the goods you will need to make the return within 30 days. Once we have received the goods, we will credit you with the value of the returned goods.

Unfortunately you cannot return the following goods:
- audio or video recording (CDs, DVDs etc..) or computer software that have been unsealed
- Items such as earrings and cosmetics cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
- Perishable goods such as food and flowers
- Periodicals and magazines

If you are returning an item because of an error made on our part or because it is defective, we will be more than happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the goods to you and your costs in returning it to us. Otherwise, you will be responsible for delivery charges in connection with your purchase.

To return an item, send the goods to the address shown here... quoting your order number and reason for cancellation e.g.. defective items. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.

Guarantees and Warranties

Whilst Beauly Gallery and Gifts Ltd. makes reasonable effort to ensure we sell only the highest quality goods, we do not offer any guarantee or warranty schemes other than those offered by the product manufacturers or artists.

Privacy Policy

We at The Beauly Gallery and Gifts Ltd. take your privacy very seriously. We will only contact you in connection with orders you place in person or via the online store unless you specifically request otherwise. If you do request, for example, to be included in a mailing list you can request to be removed at any time.

We do not and will not pass your details onto any third parties for marketing purposes.

Pricing

All prices on the website are in pounds sterling and include VAT (if appropriate) but don't include any carriage charges.

Prices are subject to Stock availability

In the unlikely event that an incorrect price is shown on our website Beauly Gallery and Gifts Ltd. reserve the right to abstain from fulfilling the order at that price, You will of course be notified by Phone or Email at which point you will be informed of the correct price and given the choice to proceed with the order or cancel the order.

Jurisdiction

This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of Scotland and both you and Beauly Gallery and Gifts Ltd. agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Scotland.
