How we use your information
Beauly Gallery takes the privacy of your personal data very seriously. This page sets out the information we collect and how we handle it. We collect information in the following ways:
1. Visitor information
In common with most websites we log information about visitors to the site. This is done to determine the total number of visitors to the site and which are the most popular pages on the site. This information does not identify individual users. Beauly Gallery does not share this information with any other organisations except where required by law (for example to government bodies and law enforcement agencies).
2. Newsletter subscriptions
Beauly Gallery sends out a periodic newsletter to subscribers via email. To do this we need to store your email address. Beauly Gallery does not share your email address with any other organisations. Subscribers can opt-out of receiving this newsletter at any time. Information on the opt-out procedure will be contained in each newsletter and on the Newsletter section of this website.
3. Cookies
We use cookies to provide features on the website that you have requested. We use cookies for the following reasons:
- If you have requested a different text size from the Accessibility page we use a cookie to remember your preference for every page you visit. This cookie will exist until you close your browser.
- If you are a member of this website we set a cookie, once you login, so you can access the member only pages. This cookie will exist until you close your browser.
- The shopping cart, on our online shop, uses a cookie to remember the items you want to purchase. This cookie will exist until you close your browser.
As all our cookies are used to provide you with services you request we willl assume you're happy to accept the cookies.
Cookies may be set by payment providers when you are completing a purchase on our online shop. Payment provider cookies, e.g. Paypal, are not under the control of Beauly Gallery.
Beauly Gallery does not use third party tracking or advertising cookies when you visit any part of www.beaulygallery.co.uk.
4. Account information
Beauly Gallery collects address information to fulfill orders placed on our online store. In addition, we will request a telephone number and email address so we can communicate with you about your order. We will not use this address information to contact you for any other purpose unless it is the same as your newsletter subscription details. We will not share your address details with any third parties except to deliver orders.
Beauly Gallery does not capture, or store, your credit/debit card information. We rely on reputable PCI compliant organisations to provide card authentication for our online store.
